If you place an order and you do not receive a confirmation email from this site, not a paypal confirmation but a specific email from ROMA Collectibles, Please contact us immediately. It means your order was not processed correctly and I never received the info about it. Please keep in mind, this is a very rare occurrence, but it has happened a few times. I just want you, the customer, to be aware of this odd little glitch.

Here at www.ROMACOLLECTIBLES.com, We have $1 for all orders (This includes Delivery confirmation) If you buy one or 40 items, it will $1 to ship it anywhere in the continental United States.! Currently we are only shipping to The united States and Canada. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We accept many forms of payment such as:
Cash (in a well concealed packaging),
Personal Check (it usually takes ten days to clear)
Currently, we are unable to take Credit Cards except through Paypal (but we are working on this).
If you purchase a gift certificate during a sale any returns or refunds are based on the actual cash amount you paid at the time of purchasing the gift certificate(s). All Preorder Items are paid for at the time of shipping. If you would like to cancel your preorder your cancellation must be submitted within 1 week of your order. After that the preorder is yours! All cancellations on preorder or in stock items are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Your satisfaction is our only road to success! We will gladly refund the amount of your purchase for any reason as long as:
1. You email within 2 days of receipt of the item(s) for a Return Number
2. The item(s) is returned to us within 14 days
3. The item(s) is in the same condition as when you received them All return shipping charges will need to be paid by you. If an item arrives damaged in shipping, please email us for resolution - depending on the situation and the severity of the damage, we will refund or replace the item.
4. Buyer is responsible for all returned shipping costs. You may return it anyway you see fit, but you must get tracking or Delivery Confirmation.That way we know it arrived to its final destination.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED
Should an item need to be returned, all we ask you to do is:
1. Email us at ROMACollectibles@yahoo.com within 2 days of receipt - we will work to resolve your situation as soon as we can.
2. Send the item back to us unopened in the same condition you received it to (we must receive within 14 days of your receipt):

We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) - typically within 14 days of our receipt. Please understand that we sell NEW and USED items. I do my best to grade these items but occasionally i make a mistake or miss something. If that is the case just email me and i will take care of it for you.
Just a quick note. We DO NOT give partial refunds. If you are unsatisfied with an item, we will gladly refund you in full when it is returned to us. Sorry, It is our store policy.
